SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

SEC. 2. APPLICATION OF THE ANTITRUST LAWS TO PROFESSIONAL MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL .

`SEC. 27. APPLICATION OF THE ANTITRUST LAWS.

`SEC. 28. THE NONSTATUTORY LABOR EXEMPTION.
